I identified Wroclaw Politechnika as the right partner, managed the negotiations, and stayed through project development to ensure delivery.
Result: An $800,000 commitment funding joint workforce development for Poland’s energy future.

A foundation wanted to partner with the Government of El Salvador. They had an effective working model and the resources but no government relationships and no framework for formal cooperation.
I opened the channel, aligned their technology with the government’s priorities, and built the structure for a formal partnership.
Result: A strategic relationship between One ATTA Time and the Government of El Salvador, with a framework for long-term cooperation.
Two presidential campaigns, two countries, two very different communication problems. One needed field operations that actually moved voters at the door. The other needed an international communications strategy that could survive translation into a foreign media environment.
